The members of the Consortium

The members of the Consortium are proud to continue a century-old tradition firmly established in the territory. They all meet the statutory requirements for the production of our three excellent Piacenza PDO products, coppa, salame and pancetta. Our members can be found all over the province, so use a visit to a local producer as an excuse for taking a day trip to Piacenza, and, once there, you will want to stay on for longer.
